Youth For The Nations Financial Policies
Checks and payments that are mailed will not be accepted. All registration and payments are to be done online, through www.YouthForTheNations.com. Electronic checks are available as an option during your online checkout.
After completing the Registration Week Request Form, you must pay a deposit fee for each spot to be secured. Registration Week Request Form’s DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE after April 28, 2017.
All deposits (the first $75 of payment) are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If a registered person cancels/drops out, another person may be replaced at the same price of the original registration date; however if the spot is not replaced before April 28, 2017, unfortunately the $75 NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE registration deposit will be lost and cannot be applied to your outstanding balance. You may change out an attendee's information online until May 26th, 2017 if you need to change any attendee’s information after this date there will be a material production fee to be paid in cash. Youth For The Nations reserves the right to forfeit unpaid spots.
If you are coming multiple weeks, the deposit will be required for each week you are attending. The remaining balance for each camper is due online before arrival.
If you wish to add more attendees after the Registration Week Request Form and there are no more spots available, you must add them as waitlisted attendees.
CANCELLATIONS must be done by the church BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DATE.
You can secure your eligible refunds on cancellations before YOUR ARRIVAL, by going ONLINE and entering “CANCELLATION” as each cancelled attendee’s first name on your group’s account. Keep in mind DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE ($75). It is your responsibility to enter your cancellation before your arrival.
ONLINE ATTENDEE INFORMATION: inputting, changing or updating is available with no fee until May 26th, 2017. After this date, changing information will be a $5 fee in cash. If an attendee does not come, we will count that as unclaimed materials and another $5 fee in cash will be required. Attendee info must be input fully and completely ONLINE before your arrival at camp.
If a new, additional attendee(s) need to be added after May 26th, 2017 and you are still eligible to add attendees (which is based off the amount registered to bring on your Registration Week Request Form submission), the attendee must be added as a new attendee and paid for as such dependant on availability (no deposit or balance transfers are allowed).
IF ATTENDEE’S INFORMATION IS NOT COMPLETED before May 26th, 2017, there will be a fee PER ATTENDEE that will have to be paid in cash upon your arrival and check–in at Youth For The Nations campus, as previously stated. It will be a $5 CASH fee. Attendee info must be input fully and completely ONLINE before your arrival at camp.
April 28, 2017: Deposit refund ($75) request deadline.
May 26, 2017: Attendee information swap deadline.
